I heard about Gaithersburg Help from a friend during the pandemic. I am so grateful to the service because I have a child with disabilities, and I do not work. Gaithersburg Help is very organized, I do not have to wait in line to receive food, and I can count on the products given. When chicken is provided, that is the only time we eat it because it is too expensive to buy. We rely on canned goods to stretch meals, and we value the oatmeal provided.

Before, we both worked, now only my husband works. It is hard to pay rent and bills. It had been a while since we got food and diapers from Gaithersburg HELP, but now food is more expensive, and it’s getting harder to pay for everything, so I called again.
